When will I be charged?
Monthly billing begins after your 30-day free trial unless you cancel. Your trial starts when you complete subscription setup; the confirmation shows your first billing date. Each GM account gets one trial, at either rate. Creating a workspace does not start it.
How long do I keep the founding rate?
You keep USD 15/month while your subscription continues. If it ends and you subscribe again, the standard rate applies. A failed payment does not immediately end the founding rate: resolve it before the recovery deadline in your billing settings.
Can I cancel?
Cancel in your billing settings before renewal. Your subscription continues until the end of your trial or paid month, with no further renewal.
Are payment-processing costs included?
No. You pay the actual Stripe processing costs on session payments collected through QuestSeat, in addition to your subscription. QuestSeat adds no markup. Payments received elsewhere can be recorded in your campaign; QuestSeat does not process or verify them.
Where is QuestSeat available?
Australia and the United States, for GMs and players aged 18 or older. Subscription prices are in USD. Your bank or payment provider may charge for currency conversion.
